What is the Interactive Presentation?

Interactive Presentations are a new way of presenting the plants you’ve picked for your customers. A crucial part of the design process is to showcase and get approval for all the plants you’ve selected in your design. What better way to highlight these plants than by sharing a customized website with large images and detailed information about the plants? An Interactive Presentation is a mini-website, branded with your company logo and includes an entire section dedicated to showing plants, including various images of each and advanced filters so your customers easily sort through their options. These presentations also include reports about how much water the plants will use and what color and season they will bloom.

Explore the Elements of an Interactive Presentation:

Overview – The first thing your customers will see is this introductory page. The entire presentation is branded with your company logo and information (there is no mention of PlantMaster anywhere on this presentation). The overview page includes your company logo and contact information, plus a personalized message if you want to write a note to your customers. You can update this message at any point and it will automatically update in the presentation as well!

Plants & Details – Once you get into the presentation, the stars of the show are the plants themselves. Let’s take a look at all the great ways you can explore the plants within this presentation.

First, enjoy a full screen layout and completely mobile/tablet friendly layout that includes large images for each plant.

You can view the plants in a list if you want to find a specific plant quickly. Of course you can easily switch between the two viewing options.

By clicking on any image in the image view or any plant name in the list view, you instantly pull up more information on the plant!

This modal (pop-up with more information on the plant) includes all the vital information your customers need to know about the specific plants you’ve selected for them. Each modal highlights just enough information to help make decisions easier, but not so much information that your customers feel overwhelmed by every detail.

But one image doesn’t always paint the full picture of a plant. Your customers will want to see close ups, the flowers in bloom, or the plant at various sizes to get an idea of how it will look in their design. By clicking on the image in the modal, you can launch a slideshow that includes all images of the plant from the PlantMaster library.

Filters & Sorting  – One of the best parts of the Interactive Presentation is the ability to filter plants. Your customers can filter plants by type, height, width, water and sun requirements – making it easy to find what they are looking for quickly! You can also quickly switch between viewing images of the plants or a list. Lastly, you can organize plants based on Botanical Name or Common Name.

Reports – The Interactive Presentation includes two reports – The Month of Bloom and Water Requirements.

The Month of Bloom report is a spreadsheet style report that shows you which plants will be in bloom at various points throughout the year, plus it gives your customers a great visual of the different colors they will see throughout the year!

The Water Requirements report gives a snapshot of how much water each plant will use. This is especially nice to share with customers who are water conscious or if there are water-use restrictions in their area.
